In view of our order passed in CP (IB) No.377/ALD/2019, admitting the corporate debtor into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), this application has become infructuous. The Operational Creditor may approach the IRP/ RP and file its claim in accordance with the provision of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and regulations made thereunder.
2.
In case CIRP is set aside by any authority then the Operational Creditor herein shall be at liberty to get this petition revived at its original stage.
