ORDER
Learned Counsel Ms. Kristy Bapist appeared for Corporate Debtor.
It is brought to our notice that Corporate Debtor has already been admitted in CIRP in CP(IB) 678/2019 vide order dated 13.10.2020. Hence, this application stand disposed-off with the liberty to Operational Creditor to approach to RP/IRP in that proceeding with his claim. In case, CIRP proceeding in that matter is set aside then the Operational Creditor is at liberty to get this proceeding revived again.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 678 of 2019 stands disposed-off.
