Learned Counsel Mr. Tapan Patel appeared for the Operational Creditor.
It is brought to our notice that Corporate Debtor has already been admitted in CIRP in CP(IB)630/2019 vide order dated 27.01.2020. Hence, this proceeding stands disposed-off with the liberty to Operational Creditor to approach to RP/IRP in that proceeding with his claim and RP may consider as per the Rules. In case, CIRP proceeding in that matter is set aside then the Operational Creditor is at liberty to get this proceeding revived again.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 630 /2019 stands disposed-off.
