Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor submits that the Corporate Debtor is already undergoing CIRP vide an admission order dated 20.04.2022 of this Tribunal (Court-V) in CP(IB)-1171(MB)/2021.

In view of the CIRP in the Corporate Debtor, the present Petition is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, C.P.(IB)/389(MB)/2021 is dismissed as infructuous. The Operational Creditor is directed to file its claim with the IRP appointed in the above matter.
