This is a Section 9 Petition filed by Hema Gold Jewellery against the Corporate Debtor viz. Rasiklal Sankalchand Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. vide CP(IB)-500(MB)/2021. Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor submits that the Corporate Debtor has already been admitted into CIRP vide order dated 07.06.2022 in CP(IB)-1253(MB)/2020, of this Bench. Therefore, the present CP is rendered infructuous. The Operational Creditor in this case is directed to file its claim with the IRP appointed for the Corporate Debtor.
