O R D E R

Ms. Vidhi N. Sharda, Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. None appears on the part of the Corporate Debtor.

The Counsel for the Operational Creditor submits that the CIRP has already been initiated against the Corporate Debtor vide an admission order dated 18.09.2020 of this Court in CP(IB)-3918(MB)/2019.

In view of the above, present petition CP(IB)-4023(MB)/2019 is dismissed as infructuous and the Operational Creditor in this case is directed to file its claim before the IRP/RP appointed in CP(IB)-3918(MB)/2019.
