ORDER

Mr. Ninad Sahasrabuddhe, Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. Ms. Krishna Barauh, Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor present.

Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor submits that the matter against the same Corporate Debtor has already been admitted and CIRP is already initiated by Court Room No. 3 in CP No. 96 of 2022 vide order dated 05.01.2023.

In view of the admission against the same Corporate Debtor nothing survives in this Petition, hence C.P. 17 (IB)/2023 is dismissed as infructuous.

However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the IRP with their claim as per law.
