ORDER

Mr. Dhananjaya Sud, Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. None present on behalf of the Corporate Debtor.

It is reported that the matter against the same Corporate Debtor has already been admitted and CIRP has commenced in C.P. No. 96/2022 vide order dated 05.01.2023 passed by Bench No. 3 0f Mumbai Benches.

In view of admission of the same Corporate Debtor, nothing survives in this Petition, hence C.P. (IB)/824(MB)2022 is dismissed as infructuous.

However, Petitioner is at liberty to approach the IRP with their claim as per law.
