ORDER

Learned Counsel for the Operational Creditor present.

Learned Counsel for the Operational Creditor submits that Vide Order dated 26.02.2020 in C.P. (IB)-3176/2019 CIRP has already been initiated against the Corporate Debtor. Mr. Anup Kumar has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.

In view of this the present Petition C.P.(IB)-4325(MB)/2019 is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is, however, granted to the Operational Creditor to raise its claim with the IRP/RP appointed in the matter. File be consigned to records.
