ORDER
Counsels for both sides are present. It is submitted by the Counsel for the Corporate Debtor that the Corporate Debtor is already under CIR Process vide Order dated 21st November, 2019. Therefore, the Operational Creditor is directed to file the claim before the IRP/R.P. within the stipulated time.
Accordingly, the Petition stands disposed of.
However, liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor that in case the Corporate Debtor enters into compromise with other Creditors or the Order dated 21st November, 2019 is set aside in the appeal, he may revive/restore the present Petition.
