The Company Petition is filed in (IB)-1466 /ND/2019 under Section 9 of IBC, 2016 by the Operational Creditor against the Corporate Debtor viz; Emerald Lands (India) Private Limited, against whom the CIR Process is initiated today (02.1.2020).
