Counsel for the Operational Creditor is present. He has placed on record an order dated 21.10.2019 by which the CIRP is initiated against the Corporate Debtor. In view of it, the petition stands disposed of with the direction to the Operational Creditor to file the claim before the IRP without any delay. However, liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to revive/restore the petition, in the event of any compromise entered into between the Corporate Debtor and the Other Creditors the order dated 21.11.2019 gets set aside in appeal.
