ORDER
1.
In view of our order passed in CP (IB) No.228/ALD/2018, admitting the corporate debtor into CIRP, this application has become infructuous. The operational creditor may approach IRP/ RP and file its claim in accordance with the provision of IBC, 2016 and regulations made thereunder. Delay, if any, be condoned.
2.
In case, CIRP in that case is set aside by any authority, then the operational creditor herein shall be at liberty to get this application revived at its original stage.
3.
Accordingly, CP (IB) No.02/ALD/2020 is dismissed as infructuous.
