Judgment

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State and Mr.K.V.Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant.
At the time of considering the matter, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant filed W.P.No.18428 of 2022 aggrieved by the in-action of the Police in conducting investigation in respect of the Crime No.157 of 2021 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kaikaluru Town Police Station, Krishna District, which is sought to be quashed in the present Criminal Petition and in the said Writ Petition, written instructions were filed to the effect that the investigation was completed and the case is referred as ‘civil in nature’.
In the light of the above submission and on perusing Order dated 07.07.2022 in W.P.No.18428 of 2022, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Criminal Petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, pending shall stand closed.
