Heard Sri B.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel representing Sri M.V.V.R.Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.2 and Sri Y.Jagadeeswara Rao, learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor representing for the respondent No.1/State is present.

None appeared for the respondent No.2/defacto- complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to filing of this petition, police filed Report (Charge Sheet) before the learned Magistrate intimating that their investigation revealed that involvement of the petitioner/accused No.2 is not established and accordingly, they filed the final

Report deleting the name of the petitioner/accused No.2 from the array of accused.

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.2 to quash the FIR in Crime No.88 of 2019 of Women Police Station, Vijayawada city, registered against the petitioner as accused No.2.

In the light of Final Report filed by the police, no orders are required in this quash petition.

With that observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

7.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
