This Writ Petition for mandamus is filed to declare the action of respondents in not completing the investigation in Crime No.161 of 2019, registered on 19.07.2019, as illegal and consequently sought direction to the respondents to complete the investigation and file the final report in the Court.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the investigation in the above crime was completed and charge sheet was also filed in the concerned Court. He has also placed the written instructions received by him to that effect from the Station House Officer of Kaikaluru Town Police Station along with the copy of the charge sheet.
In that view of the matter, the grievance of the writ petitioner is adequately redressed. Therefore, recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
