Judgment
Mr. Mohammed Habeebuddin, learned counsel appears for the appellant/respondent No.4.
Mr. J.Prabhakar, learned Senior Counsel represents Mr. D.B.Chaitanya, learned counsel for respondent No.1/writ petitioner.
Mr. Midde Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appears for respondent Nos.3 and 4.
Respondent No.4 is the appellant being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 06.05.2026 passed in W.P.No.15255 of 2026 whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to GHMC-respondent No.3 therein to consider the undertaking submitted by respondent No.1/writ petitioner dated 05.05.2026 and pass appropriate orders with regard to de-sealing of the subject premises, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. After passing of the impugned order, a reasoned order has been passed by the GHMC on 24.07.2026.
The said order has been placed on record by learned counsel for the appellant himself. He submits that since the impugned order has been acted upon, the present appeal has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid development, the instant Writ Appeal is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
