ORDER
Counsel for the Operational Creditor is present. Mr. Subodh Chopra, the authorized signatory of the Corporate Debtor is present, submitted that a sum of Rs.25 lakhs has been paid through RTGS as per the settlement arrived at between the parties. The same is confirmed by the Counsel appearing on behalf of the Operational Creditor. In view of it, the Counsel for the Operational Creditor prayed for withdrawal of the Petition. The prayer is allowed. Therefore, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
