This matter was listed for orders today. When the order was being pronounced, Ld. Sr. Counsel appearing for the Corporate Debtor stated that the Corporate Debtor is ready and willing to pay the entire amount of operational debt i.e. Rs. 1,56,08,289.58 today itself before 1 P.M. Therefore, this order be deferred.
When this matter was taken up at 1 P.M, Ld. Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor appearing virtually states that Operational Creditor has received the entire amount of Rs.1,56,08,289.58 through RTGS short while ago and in view this, he does not wish to press this petition and seeks to withdraw this petition.
