Ld. Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor submits that full payment has been received and the Operational Creditor does not want to pursue this petition any longer. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 05/02/2022 has also been placed before us, which reveals that post dated cheques have been issued by the Corporate Debtor towards discharge of debt. Ld. Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor seeks permission to withdraw the C.P. Permission is granted. CP is dismissed as withdrawn.
