O R D E R
Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. Ld. Sr. Counsel for Corporate Debtor present.
Before rising of the Court, Ld. Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor confirms that the parties have settled their disputes and the payment has been made by the Corporate Debtor and nothing remains due & in view of this he would like to withdraw the petition.
In view of this statement by Ld. Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor this petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

This Court convened via hybrid mode.
The said matter was reserved for Orders on 22 September, 2022 by this Adjudicating Authority. While perusing the records filed before us, we noticed that a memo dated 27 September, 2022 signed by Mr. Debdatta Ray Chaudhury, Advocate for the Corporate Debtor, stating that ‘the parties have amicable settled their disputes and payment has been made by the Corporate Debtor against the entire outstanding amount and no further disputes remains between the parties’.
Hence, before proceeding further we deem to appropriate to list this matter for clarification/further orders.
