ORDER

1.

Joint Memo is filed on behalf of Operational Creditor and Corporate Debtor dated 19.07.2019 on the ground that, the matter is settled between both the parties amicably as the Corporate Debtor paid the entire amount as claimed by the Operational Creditor.

2.

Perused the Memo for withdrawal on the ground both sides entered into settlement for payment of operational debt.

3.

Memo is recorded, since the Petition is not yet admitted and IRP is not appointed, therefore permission can be granted to withdraw petition under Rule 8 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules 2016.

4.

Therefore, Memo is recorded and permission is granted to withdraw the main Petition. In the result, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
