ORDER
Counsels for both the parties are present. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor has brought one Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- dated 31.07.2019 drawn on Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank Ltd, and the same is given to the Counsel for the Operational Creditor, which is full and final settlement between the parties. The Cheques earlier deposited by the Operational Creditor, which are in thirteen (13) in numbers are handed over to the Counsel for the Corporate Debtor. In view of it, the Petition stands disposed of.
