ORDER
Counsels for both the parties are present. At this stage, the Counsel for the Corporate Debtor has filed a Memo stating therein that the parties have executed a Settlement Deed dated 19.07.2019 wherein under Paragraphs 2 and 3 the terms and conditions of the Settlement have been mentioned. The Memo is taken on record along with copy of Settlement Deed. In view of the Memo filed along with enclosures, the Petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to revive/restore the Petition in the event of default or dishonouring of the cheques issued by the Corporate Debtor.
