ORDER
Counsels for both the parties are present. A Memo has been placed on record by the Counsel for the Corporate Debtor along with Memorandum of Settlement. In light of the Memo and the Memorandum of Settlement dated 26.09.2019, the Application stands disposed of. The Memo and the Memorandum of Settlement shall form part of this Order. However, liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to restore/revive the Petition in the event of default, if committed by the Corporate Debtor in making payment or the post-dated Cheques get dishonoured by the bank.
