ORDER

Both the sides are present and filed a 'memo of compromise' signed by both the sides and their Counsels. Para '4' of the memo of compromise provides the details with regard to the payment of the outstanding debt. The memo of compromise shall form part of this order.

In the light of the 'memo of compromise' filed, the Petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to restore / revive the Petition in the event of default, if any, committed by the Corporate Debtor in making the payment, as agreed.
