O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. Learned Counsel for the Corporate Debtor present.

IA(I.B.C)/583(KB)2024:

a. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, learned Counsel for the Corporate Debtor wants to withdraw C.P. (IB)/184(KB)2023.

b. The settlement agreement is at page 21 (Annexure C) of this application.

c. Accordingly, IA(I.B.C)/583(KB)2024 is allowed and disposed of.

d. In view of such, C.P. (IB)/184(KB)2023 is withdrawn as settled.

e. Liberty is granted to the Financial Creditor to restore the Company Petition from this stage at which it is being disposed today, in case of settlement fails between the said parties.
