ORDER

This Petition filed under Section 9 of IBC Code, 2016 Read with Rule 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 by the Operational Creditor against the Corporate Debtor.

Heard the Counsel for the Operational Creditor. In view of the Settlement Agreement filed by the Operational Creditor and the Counsel for the Operational Creditor reports that the CP (IB) No.64/9/AMR/2020 is being withdrawn and the Settlement Agreement is taken on record. Accordingly, CP (IB) No.64/9/AMR/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Hence, this order.
