ORDER

This Petition filed under Section 9 of IBC Code, 2016 Read with Rule 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 by the Operational Creditor against the Corporate Debtor.

Heard the Counsel for the Operational Creditor. In view of the memo filed by the Operational Creditor for withdrawing the TCP (IB) No. 86/9/AMR/2019 in CP (IB) No.197/9/HDB/2019, and the memo is taken on record. Accordingly, TCP (IB) No.86/9/AMR/2019 in CP (IB) No.197/9/HDB/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. Hence, this order.
