Judgment
ORDER
Counsel representing both sides are present and stated that the matter has been settled between the parties. To that effect, they filed joint memo of settlement signed by both the parties and counsels. Further, counsel for the Petitioner prayed to grant leave of this Adjudicating Authority to withdraw the CP. In view of the submissions, permissions is granted and memo is taken on record which forms part of the order. Accordingly, this CP (IB) No.368/9/HDB/2019 is hereby closed as settled vide separate order.

O R D E R
The present petition is a Company Petition filed by Girish Bala Kishore Tallam (in short, 'Petitioner/Operational Creditor') against M/s. Butta Early Learning Centre Private Limited (in short, 'Respondent/Corporate Debtor') under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (in short, I & B Code 2016) read with Rule 6 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 (for brevity, 'IB Rules 2016').
During the hearing held on 30.08.2019, both parties filed joint memo of settlement dated 30.08.2019 and counsel for the Petitioner prayed leave of this Adjudicating Authority to withdraw the present petition.
The said joint memo is taken on record which forms part of this order. Permission is granted for withdrawing the instant petition under rule 8 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.
In view of the above, CP (IB) No.368/9/HDB/2019 is hereby closed as withdrawn.
