Judgment

ORDER
The present petition is a Company Petition filed by M/s Nuevosol Energy Private Limited (in short, 'Petitioner/Operational Creditor') against M/s. Photon Energy Systems Private Limited (in short, 'Respondent/Corporate Debtor') under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (in short, I & B Code 2016) read with Rule 6 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 (for brevity, 'IB Rules 2016').
During the hearing held on 20.12.2019, both parties filed joint memo of settlement dated 20.12.2019 and counsel for the Petitioner prayed leave of this Adjudicating Authority to withdraw the present petition.
The said joint memo is taken on record which forms part of this order. Permission is granted for withdrawing the instant petition under rule 8 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.
In view of the above, CP (IB) No.584/09/HDB/2019 is hereby closed as withdrawn.
