At the very outset, Sh. K.K. Thakur, learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the order impugned herein has been withdrawn by the respondents and, therefore, nothing survives in the present Original Application.

The fact as stated by Sh. K.K. Thakur, learned counsel for the respondents, has not been disputed by Sh. D.R. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the above, the Original Application is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
