At the very outset, Sh. Rajeev Anand, learned counsel for the applicants stated that the Original Application has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the applicants, the Original Application is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Since the Original Application itself has become infructuous, therefore, nothing survives in Misc. Application No. 1559/2020 and the same is also disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
