ORDER
The matter is taken up through Virtual Hearing (VC). Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor submits that the CIRP Proceedings against the present Corporate Debtor Company viz Sant Dhyaneshwar Hospital Private Limited has already been Admitted vide Order dated 08.10.2021 in C.P.(IB)1806/(MB)/C-II/2019 in Court No.2.
In view of the above submissions made by the Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor, the C.P.(IB)/2663(MB)2018 becomes infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to file its claim before the IRP/RP appointed in C.P.1806(IB)/(MB)/C-II/2019. Accordingly, the C.P.(IB)/2663(MB)2018 is disposed of as infructuous.
