Judgment
ORDER
Learned Counsel for the Applicant as well as for the existing IRP proposed to be changed is represented by Mr. S. Sathyanarayana, Advocate through video conferencing.
Pursuant to the directions issued by this Tribunal vide order dated 19.05.2020, the IBBI has confirmed the name of Mr. R. Raghavendran having Registration No.IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00211/2017-2018/10411 as required under Section 22 (3) of IBC, 2016.
The e-mail communication dated 28.05.2020 which has been received from the IBBI wherein it is disclosed by the IBBI the name proposed for RP viz., Mr. R. Raghavendran, there is nothing adverse on record against him.
In the circumstances, Mr. R. Raghavendran is appointed as RP by this Tribunal duly confirmed by the IBBI. Mr. R. Raghavendran shall henceforth act as Resolution Professional and the outgoing IRP / proposed RP shall hand over all the documents and records collected during the period of his (Mr. P. Sriram, IRP) tenure in relation to the Corporate Debtor. Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.
