ORDER
On the application moved by the Applicant seeking replacement of IRP, namely, Ms. K. Sripriya Kumar with Ms. Deepa V Ramani [Regn.No.IBBI/IPA -002] IP-N00118/2017-18/10287] as Resolution Professional (RP) basing on the resolution passed by the CoC in its first meeting held on 03.07.2019, this Bench hereby forwards the name of this Resolution Professional, Ms. Deepa V Ramani in the place of IRP (Ms. K. Sripriya Kumar) to IBBI for its confirmation within ten days hereof.
The Registry is hereby directed to forthwith communicate this order to IBBI for its confirmation and accordingly, list this MA/691/2019.
