On the application moved by the Financial Creditor (Allahabad Bank) holding 15.39% voting share in the CoC stating that CoC passed a resolution for replacement of IRP namely Mr.Anil Kumar Birla with Mr.S.Rajendran as Resolution Professional, in the CoC meeting held on 05.09.2019 with an approval of 100% voting, this Bench hereby forwards the name of this Resolution Professional to the IBBI for its confirmation within ten days hereof.
Accordingly, the Registry is hereby directed to forthwith communicate this order to IBBI for confirmation.
