ORDER
On the MA moved by the Applicant/Financial Creditor (IDBI Bank Limited) Limited) seeking replacement of present IRP Mr.Savan Godiawala, based on the majority of 82.71% voting share in the 2nd meeting of the CoC held on 21.08.2019 for appointment of Mr.Abhijit Guhathakurta [Regn No: IBBI/IPA-003/IP- N000103/2017-18/11158] as Resolution Professional (RP) in the place of the earlier IRP, this Bench hereby forwards the name of this Resolution Professional to IBBI for its confirmation within ten days hereof.
The Registry is hereby directed to forthwith communicate this order to IBBI for its confirmation.
