ORDER
None appears for the Applicant despite the notice of today's hearing through video conferencing sent by this Tribunal vide order dated 09.06.2020. It is seen that the IBBI has confirmed that there is nothing adverse on record in relation to the Insolvency Resolution Professional viz., Mr. S. Santha Kumar (Reg.No.IBBI/IPA-01/IP-P00930/2017-18/11549) appointed by this Tribunal vide order dated 9th June 2020 based on the Application filed by the Applicant.
In the circumstances, we direct Mr. S. Santha Kumar to immediately take over the CIRP process of the Corporate Debtor from the erstwhile IRP viz., Mr. S. Palaniappan appointed by this Tribunal. The outgoing IRP will hand over all the records and documents collected from the Corporate Debtor during his tenure while acting as an IRP, who shall also hand over all the assets and obtain due discharge from the incoming Resolution Professional appointed by this Tribunal as confirmed by the IBBI vide letter dated 15.06.2020.
With the above direction, this Application stands closed.
