ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the Applicant Mr. A.G.Sathyanarayana present through Video Conferencing Platform.
Pursuant to the directions issued by this Tribunal dated 26.05.2020 to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) in order to confirm the Resolution Professional (RP) as proposed by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) and appointed by this Tribunal a communication has been received on 02.06.2020 confirming that there is nothing adverse on record in relation to the RP appointed by this Tribunal namely, Mr. S.Amarendran having IBBI Reg. No. IPA-002/IP-N00634/2018-19/11962 in relation to the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor and in the circumstances this Tribunal immediately directs the said RP to take over the reins of the Corporate Debtor from the outgoing Interim Resolution Professional at the earliest and carry forward the process. The outgoing Interim Resolution Professional as directed by this Tribunal shall give inventory of the books and accounts taken over from the Corporate Debtor since the initiation of the CIRP as well as assets collected/collated in relation to the Corporate Debtor and obtain due discharge from the Resolution Professional namely Mr. S.Amarendran who is proposed by the CoC / appointed by this Tribunal and confirmed by the IBBI. With the above directions this Application stands disposed of.
