Judgment
When taken up, learned Standing Counsel has brought to my notice a letter from the applicant dated 15.6.2023 addressed to the 2nd respondent acknowledging receipt of Rs.90,800/- in settlement of the medical reimbursement claim made by him and informing that he does not wish to continue the Original Application.
Recording the above submission, the Original Application is closed. No costs.
