Judgment
When taken up today, learned counsel for the applicant, inviting my attention to the averments in reply statement, submits that the Original Application can be closed. It has come out that the applicant has already been granted provisional pension and then, he passed away in December 2023.
It is submitted by the learned SCGSC that family pension will be granted to the widow of the applicant, as per law. Recording the same, the Original Application is closed. No costs.
