Judgment
V. Sujatha, J
This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26491 of 2023, dated 09.10.2023, wherein this Court passed the following order:-
“In view of the pendency of the representation, dated 11.09.2023 made by the petitioner before the respondent authorities, without going into merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 5th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 11.09.2023 made by the petitioner duly taking into consideration of the order, dated 12.02.2021 through which proceedings the annual periodical increments were sanctioned in favour of the petitioner. The said process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26491 of 2023, dated 09.10.2023 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, prays to close the contempt case.
Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
