ORDER
Present both the sides. Placed on record a withdrawal memo dated 19.07.2019 by the authorized representative of the petitioner listing therein the cheque details and the schedule of payment. In this withdrawal memo also mentioned that one of the payments shall be made later through RTGS. Finally, seeking permission for withdrawal of this petition. Considering the contents of the withdrawal memo and the undertaking given by the respondent-Corporate Debtor, petition disposed as withdrawn with liberty to mention it in case of default of payment as per schedule therein. Accordingly, CP (IB) No. 24/Chd/HP/2019 dismissed as withdrawn.
