Heard Mr. Nitesh Shrivastava, Adv. appearing on behalf of Petitioner/Operational Creditor. It has been submitted that Respondent/Corporate Debtor is undergoing CIRP vide order dated 13.01.2023 in CP No. (IB)-36/9/JPR/2022 titled as M/s Sanmati Edible Oils Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s Satwiki Proteins Pvt. Ltd. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed claim in the said CIRP and he seeks to withdraw the present petition. Permission granted.
