ORDER
Counsel for Operational Creditor is present. He has filed memo for withdrawal of the Petition on the ground already CIRP started against the Corporate Debtor Company.
Even otherwise, CIRP started against the CD, therefore proceedings cannot be continued against Corporate Debtor.
Memo is recorded. Permission is granted to the Operational Creditor to withdraw the Petition on the ground claim was already filed before the IRP. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, vide separate orders.
