When this matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Manish Dhir, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter and a settlement agreement to this effect has been entered into between the parties, which has been filed vide diary No.00961/4, dated 22.10.2020. The same is taken on record. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the CP.

In the circumstances and in view of the settlement entered into between the parties, the instant CP is dismissed as withdrawn.
