ORDER
The Ld. Counsel for the Applicant submits that the prayer in the present I.A. is for withdrawal of the Company Petition on the ground that the Settlement Agreement has been executed between the parties on 02.04.2024 and the same is placed on record. Thus, in view of the same, the Company Petition be disposed of as having been withdrawn.
Adv. Amiy Kumar, the Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that the entire payment has been made. In view of the joint request of the Ld. Counsels, the present Company Petition and the pending I.A.s, if any are disposed of as withdrawn.
