ORDER
The parties are represented through their respective learned counsel and PCS.
The learned PCS appearing on behalf of the Respondent submitted that the entire amount has been paid to the Petitioner and in support of the payment the learned PCS filed duly signed copy of the ledger which is taken on record.
Learned lawyer appearing on behalf of the Petitioner filed a pursis to withdraw the instant petition.
The permission is granted.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 63/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
