PER:- MR. KUMAR RAJESH CHANDRA, MEMBER[A]

1.

Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.

2.

This case is fixed for filing of written statement, which has already been filed and taken on record.

3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant fairly submits that he has received the written statement filed by the respondents on 11.09.2026. He draws the attention of this Tribunal to paragraph 9 of the said written statement, wherein the respondents have stated as under:

“The respondent institute has already issued a provisional Office Order dated 28.01.2026, followed by the final seniority list vide Office Order No. AIIMS Deo/Seniority File/No./2025-26/58 dated 17.03.2026, after duly considering and addressing the objections received. The said list pertains to the seniority of Nursing Officers of the NORCET-2020 batch and includes the names of the applicants on the basis of their NORCET-2020 rank, thereby redressing the grievances raised by the applicants.”

In view of the aforesaid submission, it appears that the grievance raised by the applicants in the present OA has substantially been addressed.

4.

In view of the above, Learned Counsel for both the parties submit that since the grievance of the applicants have already been considered and acceded to by the respondent authorities, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present OA.

5.

In view of the submissions made by Learned Counsel for both the parties, the present OA is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
